Why We Stand Out

Clarity

We are bringing CLARITY to your home or business with regards to your plumbing and gas system. It is a passion of ours to ensure you understand exactly what we do when we see the condition of the systems and the issues at hand. Think of us like your doctor. When you go in for a check up, you want the full picture. You want to know what’s wrong. You want to know what you can do to help. You want the right diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. You want to make sure that everything is being covered and nothing is being missed. It’s a daunting task. We understand and want to help!

Care

We CARE about you, your home, and/or your business. Our efforts are concentrated on focusing on being there for you when you need us, and making sure that we minister to you by way of your issues, goals and dreams for your home or business. Yes, we only specialize in plumbing and gas fitting but, we hope to go above and beyond and help you do whatever it is your journey takes you on as best as we are capable of.

Confidence

We bring CONFIDENCE through EXCELLENCE. Let’s face it. More than likely you’re here because you’ve got a problem or an issue you need help with. You’ve exhausted your personal experience and want to know where do you go from here. However, the Internet is a wide, open world of its own filled with wonder and peril. Much like a lighthouse for a weary ship farer, we point our clients in the right direction by leading the example of what excellence is when we provide our services. Excellence isn’t just doing good work. Excellence is taking good work above and beyond the standard to be a beacon for all those who need help and wish to follow in it's footsteps.

Core Values

Duty From Above

We live in complex world with many different names and faces yet we all seem to have a common understanding of right and wrong. We believe that comes from a common creator who expects from all of us to abide by his rules and at the end of it all he’ll deal accordingly with all of us.

Therefore, we hope to honor and respect our creator as he watched over us by doing what is right for our clients and local community.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Dignity for all people

On the surface, naturally people are taxing and hard to get along with. There are so many desires and expectations floating around, all at once, like balloons. As we go about our lives interacting with one another even the smallest prick of misunderstanding is sharp enough to erupt our emotions and we can lose all composure. But deep down, we just want to be heard, accepted and loved.

Therefore, we will lift up others around us by showing honor to our clients and local community.

John 15:12-13

Love for hard work

Blood, sweat and tears. The perfect recipe for building a life for yourself. Nature has a way of teaching us the importance of laboring when the time is right so that when harsh times come, we’ll have just what we need.

Therefore, we will be working diligently for clients and community so they are well taken care of for the days ahead.

Proverbs 6:6-8

Love for knowledge & wisdom

A fool says in his heart that he knows all that can be known and even worse he thinks he knows how to apply his knowledge perfectly.

Therefore we will always be learning new ways to improve what we do and how we do it.

Proverbs 16:16

Love for the craft

Whatever happened to the Renaissance man? One who was skillful, intelligent, observant, eager to refine his work and was a pillar in his community. Have we forgotten that our community cannot strive without skilled tradesmen who are true craftsmen in their trade. We must not settle for sloppy, half-effort, unaesthetic work. Plumb is plumb.

Therefore, our work must stand out and pay homage to all those who made our trade what it is today!

Love for family

After our creator, family is second most important. The family is the most important institution in our community. How a father loves and serves his wife and how a wife loves and protects her children and how children respect and honor their parents creates a society of loving, serving, protecting and honoring citizens. This institution must be protected and held in high esteem.

Therefore we will support families across our community by helping their homes and business thrive with great care and service of their needs.

Love for country

God bless these United States of America! Land of the free and home to the brave. It’s the opportunity this country has afforded all of us that keeps us searching and pursuing higher places and new beginnings. Beyond each horizon of opportunity lie adventures of experience and breath taking thrills of not knowing what the future will hold. We can have a confidence that together and united we will move forward to a common prosperity that will last for many generations to come.

Therefore, we will support our nation and its heroes of service by doing everything with excellence and honor to leave a lasting legacy.

However you found us, whether by word of mouth or online, We strive to remain focused on all our clients. When you need a plumber with integrity and excellent skills, you typically ask a friend or someone you know and trust. Trust is big part of how we operate because at the end of the day your home or business is a place you want to feel

comfortable. You want it to function well because that produces a quality of life that allows for more spontaneity and less stress. So, we like to think of ourselves as more of a home therapist or business therapist than a plumber since, at the end of the day our goal is to improve your quality of life through improving your plumbing/gas fitting system. Whether you know it or not, that is one of the reasons we exist. To bring joy and love to one another! Best part of being a plumber is the hugs ;).

Zachary Strong sitting on the floor in a bathroom, giving a thumbs-up to the camera

Zachary Strong began his journey in the trades as a young boy. Homeschooled throughout his life, he grew up with a unique education—learning academics from his mother was as common as spending a day on a jobsite alongside his father, a tradesman. That upbringing instilled in him not only valuable hands-on skills but also the discipline and work ethic that continue to guide him today.

Originally from Ohio, Zac relocated to Maryland to pursue new opportunities and has since brought his background in construction into the plumbing field. Under the mentorship of Master Plumber James Douglas, he has quickly expanded his knowledge and developed into a capable, reliable technician who now performs much of the fieldwork for the company. Zac takes pride in approaching every job with diligence and care, ensuring that customers receive not just a solution to their problem, but a professional experience they can trust.

Outside of his work, Zac enjoys life with his wife, Chloe. The two spend much of their time together serving at Camp Wabanna on weekends, taking spontaneous road trips, snowboarding in the winter, and tackling DIY projects at home.

With his strong foundation in the trades, growing expertise in plumbing, and commitment to serving others, Zac is an integral part of the JAD Plumbing team. He continues to build his career with the same dedication and professionalism that have been with him since his very first days on a job site
