We had a new grill donated to the station, but it wasn’t compatible with our existing gas setup—and we needed a safe, reliable fix before we could even fire it up. Your team showed up on time, jumped right in, and got everything connected and working perfectly. You did exactly what you said you were going to do—and you did it with total professionalism. Best of all, you refused to take a dime for the work.

That kind of generosity and community spirit means the world to us. Thanks to you, our members can enjoy a meal together after calls and drills—safely and in good company. Bowie Lions Club

The Bowie Lions Club truly appreciates the care and service we received from JAD Plumbing company. We noticed our toilet kept running and guessed that was the cause of our increased water bill. So one of our members who is a handyman tried to fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. He reached out to JAD Plumbing and they came out right away. The problem was bigger than we thought. 

They had a three-person service team come out and in a few hours, not only was the toilet problem solved, our water heater was flushed and a valve replaced, and our water shut-off valve was replaced as well. Their workers were friendly and considerate, taking time to explain all the work and keep things tidy. With all that time and the three-person team, we were expecting a big bill. Imagine our surprise when they gifted us this service as a way of doing community service for their neighborhood! 

We appreciate this gift because we are an all-volunteer, non-profit group committed to serving our community. Our income is primarily generated by our Christmas Tree sales in the winter and we use this money to fund many local service projects, including the Bowie Food Pantry, CCSI’s Warm Nights program, eyeglasses for neighborhood school children, and many other projects. A big bill would mean that we would have less money for the community. So their generosity toward us helps us to be more generous to our community. We highly recommend JAD Plumbing to all of our neighbors! They look out for their community.
